Trinity Kitchen Reveals Latest Street Food Arrivals For Easter Holidays

Food lovers in Leeds can tuck into a fresh array of global flavours as Trinity Kitchen launches its latest street food rotation today, Monday 30th March. The new lineup features a mix of returning fan favourites and indulgent comfort food, ranging from Yorkshire Wagyu burgers to authentic Canadian poutine.

The refresh arrives just in time for the busy Easter break, solidifying the venue’s position as a central hub for social dining in the city. By rotating its vendors every few months, the kitchen ensures a constantly evolving menu that supports independent street food businesses while providing a variety of options for families and shoppers under one roof.

Among the returning highlights is Wagyu Lookin’ At?, which is serving up smashed wagyu patties and slow-smoked meats that are now entirely gluten-free. For those after Pan-Asian flavours, Yoi Fried Chicken is back with crispy chicken bao buns and burgers topped with authentic Asian sauces and crunchy garnishes.

Taco enthusiasts can visit Jimmy Macks for slow-cooked meats and loaded fries, while Luigi Street Food Italiano offers a traditional take on beef ragu lasagne and savoury focaccia sandwiches. Completing the temporary lineup is Spuds & Bro’s, bringing classic poutine with a variety of meat, veggie, and vegan toppings drizzled in homemade gravy.

Josie Towning, Food and Beverage Manager at Trinity Leeds, said: “This spring, we’re celebrating a vibrant mix of returning favourites and much-loved flavours. Guests can choose from comforting classics to crowd-pleasing finds.”

She commented: “Trinity Kitchen is the perfect spot to catch up with friends and family and enjoy a wonderful selection of food under one roof. With our latest arrival, Jerk Junction, due to open very soon, Trinity Kitchen is the place to be this spring.”

These vendors will remain at the heart of Trinity Leeds until Sunday 31st May. They join the permanent lineup of eateries, which includes Archie’s, Pho, and Rola Wala, ensuring plenty of choice for visitors throughout the spring.
