Trinity Kitchen is shaking up its street food offering with a fresh line-up of vendors serving up bold flavours and exciting new dishes from Tuesday, 25th March. Food lovers in Leeds can expect everything from crispy bao buns to deep-fried burrata, with a variety of mouthwatering options available for the next nine weeks.

Among the returning favourites is Spuds n Bros, bringing authentic Canadian poutine with a selection of locally sourced toppings, including gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian gravy. Jimmy Macks is back with its irresistible birria tacos and loaded fries, paired with a rich, flavour-packed dipping sauce. Yoi will also be making a comeback, offering Pan-Asian crispy fried chicken in soft bao buns, topped with spring onions and crunchy vegetables for a perfect mix of texture and taste.

New to the line-up is Burratattack, which is set to be a hit with cheese lovers. Their deep-fried burratas boast a golden-brown crust with an oozing creamy centre, alongside a range of Italian street food and vegan-friendly options. Another exciting addition is the Dutty Scran Van, a collaboration between Rob Hallas from Bastards Bistro and Harry Pykett from Homeboy Pizza Co. The duo will be serving up their unique take on Caribbean cuisine, bringing bold and vibrant flavours to the Trinity Kitchen scene.
