Leading the charge is Clapping Corndog, bringing a delectable taste of Korea with its deep-fried corndogs featuring fillings like sausage, sausage and mozzarella, and an irresistible all-cheese option. Guests can elevate their corndog experience with a choice of drizzles, from sriracha and ketchup to mustard.
For those craving something rich and comforting, the collaboration between Spuds ’n’ Bros and Luigi Street Food has resulted in the Return of the Mac, a celebration of gooey, indulgent mac and cheese dishes that are sure to delight.
Burger aficionados will be thrilled to find Wagyu Lookin’ At? on the line-up, offering succulent Yorkshire wagyu burgers accompanied by a variety of tempting sides.
Chicken lovers are not left out either, as Otherside Fried Chicken is serving up its renowned fried chicken burgers, alongside crispy fried chicken pieces and an assortment of sides.

These fresh faces join the established favourites at Trinity Kitchen, including Archie’s, Pho, Rola Wala, Tortilla, Pizzaluxe, and Doner Shack, ensuring there is a delightful dish for every palate.
The new vendors are set up in the iconic converted VW Camper Van, Citroen H van, horse trailer, shipping container, and J7 van, adding to the eclectic and dynamic atmosphere of Trinity Kitchen.
