Trinity Kitchen in Leeds has welcomed a selection of new street food vendors ahead of Christmas, offering visitors a range of indulgent treats. The seasonal lineup includes Mac & Cheese, loaded chicken nuggets and tater tots, slow-cooked spicy Birria tacos, and succulent burgers.
Christmas favourite Nelly’s Barn returns with its 28-day dry-aged, locally sourced beef burgers, alongside veggie and vegan options such as the Almighty Vegan Burger. Big Mouth Gyoza serves handmade Japanese dumplings filled with either pork belly or mushrooms, finished with its signature secret sauce. Takeaway bags and sauce pouches are also available for home enjoyment.

Niko’s Comfort Kitchen is back with its popular chicken nuggets and tater tots, offered in flavours such as garlic butter, katsu, chipotle buffalo and the original. Return of the Mac, a Leeds-based collaboration between Luigi Street Food and Spuds ‘n’ Bros, serves loaded Mac & Cheese bowls directly from a horsebox.

Birria Bandits complete the lineup with award-winning tacos on soft white corn tortillas, featuring slow-braised beef brisket, juicy chicken and smoked cauliflower. Children can also enjoy mini quesadillas, nachos and tacos.

Kim Sutton, Retail Manager at Trinity Leeds, said: “Trinity Kitchen is the perfect place to pause, relax, and enjoy a delicious treat with family and friends amid the bustle of Christmas shopping.
