Heritage fro-yo parlour, Frurt, is set to launch its newest branch in Batley, Yorkshire on Saturday 5th August – just in time to treat the kids during the Summer holidays!
Frurt has been serving a rich range of delicious and healthy treats to loyal fans in Greater Manchester for over 13 years and has announced its latest move to Yorkshire, where customers will find a menu consisting of a huge range of sweet treats. The Frurt offering includes frozen yoghurt with a wide variety of toppings (of course), handmade cakes and a variety of hot & cold drinks including bubble tea, smoothies, iced drinks, thick shakes and coffee.
To celebrate its opening, Frurt will be giving visitors 50% off everything on Saturday 5th August between 12pm and 3pm.
The opening menu will include classic flavours, such as natural fro-yo, vanilla soy & white chocolate, and a taste of the unexpected – with taro, pink lemonade sorbet & blueberry soy. Their iconic fro-yo is fat free, low in sugar and made with the finest quality ingredients. Plus, with gluten-free and vegan friendly flavours, it makes the perfect guilt-free treat for the whole family this Summer.
The super Instagrammable venue will feature plush green booths to seat up to 14 people, as well as LED signage adorning the slick tiled walls and plenty of greenery.
The business, which was launched by husband and wife team, Syed and Shaza Hassan in 2010, boasts their new Batley store and two Manchester city centre stores, alongside its three self-serve stores in Blackburn, Bolton and Prestwich. Its recent expansion also included the purchase of its own warehouse, which it uses to supply its stores and provide branded products to other businesses.
As a brand, Frurt is committed to giving back to the areas where its stores reside. Every member of the 13 strong Frurt Batley team is employed from the local area, and collectively they will take part in a host of initiatives aimed at giving back to the Batley community, including litter picking and charity work.

The new 600 sq ft site is located at Batley Plaza, Unit 13 Alfreds Way, Batley WF17 5DR, and will be open from 12PM – 12AM Sunday – Thursday and 12PM – 1AM every Friday & Saturday.
