The team at Yorkshire’s first whisky distillery are celebrating after being ranked in the top 10 of the Most Popular Whisky Distilleries in the UK and Ireland.
Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery in Hunmanby was placed seventh in the prestigious list of favourite distilleries that was published by Spirits Business using data compiled by The Cask Connoisseur from reviews, ratings and rankings across Google, TripAdvisor and other social platforms.
Spirit of Yorkshire Co-founder, David Thompson, is delighted that the work that the team has done to deliver an exceptional customer experience has been rewarded with a top 10 ranking: “We’re one of only two English distilleries in this list that was compiled from 231 whisky distilleries across the nations. Spirit of Yorkshire is Tripadvisor’s number one of 10 things to do in Hunmanby. 92% of its reviews are five-star and 98% are four and five-star reviews combined.
