Housebuilder Avant Homes West Yorkshire has released the first properties for sale at its new £23m Five Rise Quarter development in Bingley. Located off Keighley Road, the 93-home site will offer a mix of two-, three-, and four-bedroom properties, with the first residents expected to move in this summer.
The development features 10 of Avant Homes’ energy-efficient house types, designed to meet the demands of modern living. Prices for the initial release start at £284,995 for a three-bedroom semi-detached “Baildon” and go up to £324,995 for the three-bedroom detached “Maltby” model.
The Maltby is highlighted as a standout example of the developer’s focus on practical design. Its ground floor includes a large living room and an open-plan kitchen and dining area with French doors leading to the rear garden. The upper floor comprises a large main bedroom with an en-suite, alongside two additional bedrooms and a family bathroom.
