Dinosaurs Return to Meadowhall for a Summer of Family Fun

Families visiting Meadowhall this summer are in for a prehistoric treat as the centre welcomes back its popular dinosaur trail just in time for the school holidays.

From Saturday 26 July to Sunday 31 August, visitors can discover eight life-sized dinosaurs placed throughout the centre to celebrate the release of the new Jurassic World: Rebirth film. Each dinosaur comes with fascinating facts and photo opportunities, offering a fun and educational experience for all ages.

The trail includes well-known favourites such as the Brachiosaurus, Velociraptors, Triceratops, Parasaurolophus, Veneifer and the iconic Tyrannosaurus Rex. The T. rex will be keeping an eye on the Summer Beach Club, which is open daily until the end of August.

The Summer Beach Club has also returned with new additions for 2025. Visitors can enjoy live entertainment including tribute acts, DJs, open mic nights and a brand-new talent contest. These join returning favourites such as the AquaSplash water park, theme park rides and a 1,000 square metre beach. General admission starts at £2, and entry is free after 6pm each day.

With more than 280 stores to explore, including Sephora, and a wide choice of restaurants such as Five Guys, TGI Fridays and Nando’s, Meadowhall offers a full day out for families this summer.
