Meadowhall, one of Yorkshire’s premier shopping destinations, is gearing up for an exciting Easter weekend with extended opening hours and a plethora of activities to keep families entertained during the school holidays.
From Friday 29th March to Monday 1st April, Meadowhall will be extending its shopping hours, ensuring ample time for visitors to explore and indulge in retail therapy. The schedule is as follows:
- Friday 29th March: 10am-9pm
- Saturday 30th March: 9am-8pm
- Sunday 31st March: Select food and leisure retailers will be open; please refer to our website for a comprehensive list of openings and their respective hours.
- Monday 1st April: 10am-8pm
It’s important to note that individual retailer and leisure operator hours may vary, so it’s advisable for visitors to check directly with venues to avoid any inconvenience.

Vue Cinema is offering its popular Mini Morning sessions, where both adults and children can enjoy the latest films for just £2.49 per ticket. Highlights include family-friendly movies like Combat Wombat: Double Trouble, Migration, Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire, and Kung Fu Panda 4.
Easter Egg Hunt
From Friday 22nd to Friday 29th March, Funstation will host an Easter egg hunt. Participants who successfully locate all the coloured eggs and crack the themed code will receive a complimentary bag of chocolate treats.
Toddler Sessions at Jump Inc
Jump Inc at Meadowhall will host Easter toddler sessions daily throughout the school holidays. From 9am to 10am, visitors can join in a special Easter hunt, with prizes awaiting those who find Baby Bunny and solve the Easter-themed hidden word.
