Becky Naylor, founder and director of Ripon-based digital marketing agency Bronco, has joined an exclusive group of runners by completing all Six World Marathon Majors while continuing to lead her business full-time. Only 755 women in the UK and 8,182 women worldwide have achieved this milestone.
The Six Majors include the London, Boston, Chicago, Berlin, Tokyo, and New York marathons. Becky finished her final race in New York this month, earning the coveted Six Star Medal.
Her marathon journey began in 2021 at the London Marathon, where she ran a charity race for Muscular Dystrophy UK and unexpectedly earned a Boston Qualifying Time. From there, she tackled Boston in 2022, Chicago in 2023 just days after recovering from Covid, Berlin in 2024 with a personal best of 3:29 for the Alzheimer’s Society, Tokyo in 2025 for the Japanese charity Florence, and finally New York 2025. Across the Six Majors, she has raised £8,000 for charity.

“This journey has been about discipline, planning, and resilience, qualities I live by in business as much as I do in fitness,” Becky said. “Balancing marathon training with running Bronco has been tough, but I’ve always believed that personal goals and professional success can strengthen each other. I’m proud to have completed the Six Stars and to show that with the right focus, anything is possible.”
Under Becky’s leadership, Bronco has evolved into a respected digital marketing agency over the past two decades, renowned for its collaborative culture and strong client relationships. Her Six Star achievement mirrors the consistency and determination that have shaped the company’s success.
Becky’s passion for endurance extends beyond marathons. She has also qualified twice for the HYROX World Championships and enjoys trail running across Yorkshire, demonstrating that her commitment to fitness matches her drive in business.
