Strata has completed contracts with Great Places Housing Group to deliver 53 new affordable homes on Lutterworth Drive in Doncaster. The development, supported by Homes England Strategic Partnership 2 funding, will provide properties for social rent in one, two, and three bedrooms.
The site, previously unused, will be transformed with bungalows, semi-detached, and terraced homes. Central green space and a single-access road have been included in the layout to create a safe and community-focused environment.

The homes are being built to exceed 2021 Part L Building Regulations, with high-efficiency gas boilers, PV panels, and Waste Water Heat Recovery Systems to improve energy performance and reduce carbon emissions.

Construction will begin after final preparatory work, with both organisations committed to integrating the development with the surrounding area, including neighbouring residential communities and Warneford House nursing home.
