Thursday, 13 October saw an array of VIP guests gather together to celebrate the opening of The Ivy Asia, Leeds on Vicar Lane, which will welcome diners from Tuesday 18 October.
Partygoers included Leeds United footballers Robin Koch and Mateusz Klich, Emmerdale’s Natalie Jamieson, Coronation Street’s newest star Clint Gordon and his girlfriend, The Apprentice winner Sian Gabbidon, Interior Design Masters’ Siobhan Murphy, and Leeds’ Michelin-starred chef Michael O’Hare to name but a few.
On the night, revellers were greeted on arrival by Taiko drummers and contemporary dancers, whilst a live DJ, percussionist and roaming saxophonist kept vibrations high inside the restaurant.
Guests were treated to a selection of delicious canapés including Tuna & Imperial Caviar Cigar, Golden Duck Aromatic Duck Spring Rolls, Seared Wagyu Beef Barbeque Glazed Rolls and Tempura Asparagus with Spicy Mayo.
Drinks included a selection of refreshing cocktails alongside The Ivy Collection Champagne. Guests in attendance were the first to experience the luxurious interiors of the venue, with features including a striking gold bar, signature luminous green agate flooring and a photo-worthy cherry blossom tree, spanning the main restaurant.
The Ivy Asia, Leeds will officially open to the public on Tuesday 18 October.
