The glamorous event, hosted by the charities founders and Life Change experts Nik and Eva Speakman, aims to raise crucial funds for innovative mental health therapies, bringing hope to those in need.
The charity is centred on the belief that all mental health issues stem from prior traumas. Their mission is to identify and fund effective therapies for the best chances of recovery. The charity offers a weekly ‘Help & Support Programme’ via Zoom, led by volunteers who have triumphed over their own traumas, providing a friendly environment for those awaiting therapy. Their focus revolves around three core elements: instilling hope, providing immediate support, and raising funds for research to develop new therapies. With compassion and dedication, Trauma Research UK empowers individuals to overcome mental health challenges and improve overall well-being and quality of life for those in need.
