Leeds bar and restaurant The Banksia has launched a new lunchtime menu called The Banksia Lunch Club. The menu runs Monday to Friday from 12pm to 5pm, offering two courses for £22 or three courses for £27.
The menu features small plates and mains inspired by Mediterranean flavours. Starters include crispy squid with za’atar and beetroot tarator with feta. Mains range from slow-cooked lamb tagine and grilled market fish in spiced butter to the Banksia’s signature salad with seasonal produce. Wraps and burgers are also on offer for a more casual lunch.

Desserts include citrus cheesecake, traditional Greek walnut cake called karidopita, and a selection of Mediterranean cheeses with crackers and chutney.
Craig Rogan, Head Chef at The Banksia, commented: “I’m a true believer in the fact that lunch should never be boring, and we wanted to give people the opportunity to enjoy something a bit different on those midweek lunches that delivered some big flavours. The Banksia Lunch Club menu has been curated with some of our most-loved dishes since opening, and provides a range of choices across meat, fish and vegetarian options, to make sure there’s a choice for everyone.”
