Eleven industrial units on Norwood Industrial Estate in Killamarsh, south of Sheffield, are set to go under the hammer this month with a guide price of £950,000.
Derbyshire County Council has appointed SDL Property Auctions, part of Eddisons, to sell the fully-let units. The 1.5-acre site on Rotherham Close will feature in the firm’s next live-streamed property auction on 27 November.
The two buildings on the estate house a range of businesses, including drilling equipment supplier Drillwell and vehicle branding specialist CJ Signs. The units generate a gross annual income of £127,000 and are close to junction 31 of the M1 and Sheffield city centre.
