Huddersfield company 247 Blinds has launched a 12-day Advent Calendar treasure trail to encourage residents to explore local shops and landmarks this December.
The town-wide challenge, running from today until December 22nd, highlights 11 independent Huddersfield businesses. Twelve numbers have been hidden in undisclosed locations, with a new clue released each day on the 247 Blinds website and social media channels.
The trail aims to support local retailers during the busy Christmas period by inspiring people to rediscover the town. Participants who correctly identify all 12 locations will be entered into a prize draw to win up to £2,000 in home furnishings.

Jason Peterkin, co-founder of 247 Blinds, said the team wanted to bring “Christmas cheer” to Huddersfield and encourage residents to explore local businesses.
Clues are now available, and all entries must be submitted by midnight on December 23rd. After the competition closes, 247 Blinds will publish the full list of participating businesses and locations.
