Europe’s largest fast-casual Mexican brand, Tortilla, has today unveiled its new Fuel-Good Bowls range. Designed for customers looking to eat and feel a bit better without sacrificing bold flavours, the range features three curated recipes with specific nutritional focuses.
The new lineup includes the Protein Bowl, the Balance Bowl, and the Plant Bowl, each prepared fresh in-restaurant using high-quality ingredients like Hass avocados and grass-fed British Isle brisket.
The Fuel-Good Lineup

- The Protein Bowl: Built for active days, this bowl features a base of Mexican rice and black beans with a double portion of asado chicken. It is topped with roasted sweetcorn salsa, fresh pico de gallo, pickled red onions, sour cream, and smoky salsa ranchera.
- Stats: Approximately 870 calories and 75g of protein.
- The Balance Bowl: An everyday all-rounder designed for steady energy. It combines coriander rice and black beans with asado chicken, sweetcorn salsa, pico de gallo, and a generous scoop of fresh guacamole.
- Stats: Approximately 798 calories and 54g of protein.
- The Plant Bowl: A vibrant vegan option featuring Tortilla’s smoky vegan chilli, slow-cooked with beans and spices. It sits on a base of coriander rice and black beans, finished with sweetcorn salsa, pico de gallo, hand-smashed guacamole, and pickled red onions.
- Stats: Approximately 773 calories and 26g of protein.
