Browns Brasserie & Bar in Leeds has unveiled its new spring/summer menu, focusing on seasonal British ingredients with an elegant twist. The updated selection is designed to cater to a variety of dining occasions, from relaxed lunches to long evening meals.
The new starters feature dishes such as Asparagus and Poached Egg with hollandaise and crispy leeks, alongside Sticky Hot Honey Chicken served with buckwheat, grains, and coriander yoghurt. For main courses, the menu places a strong emphasis on seafood, including Cornish Sole with clam and pancetta butter, Miso Glazed Salmon with crispy sushi rice cakes, and Butterfield Sea Bass paired with Isle of Wight tomatoes.

Meat lovers can choose from the Duo of Lamb, which includes a tender fillet and a crispy lamb bonbon, or the new Lobster Surf & Turf, featuring a 200g fillet steak and lobster tail with garlic and parsley butter. For vegetarian diners, the Risotto Verde features asparagus, courgette, peas, and basil pesto.

The dessert menu has also been refreshed with a Peach and Rosemary Eton Mess and a Salted Caramel and Chocolate Delice served with honeycomb and raspberries.

Browns continues to offer value through its weekday lunch and early evening menu, with 2 courses from £19.50 and 3 courses from £24.50, available Monday to Friday until 7pm. For those dining later, the Taste of Spring menu offers 2 courses from £25 and 3 from £30. The brasserie also maintains its traditional breakfast service and classic Sunday roasts with all the trimmings.
