White Rose Shopping Centre is set to welcome Rassam’s Creamery this summer, marking the arrival of the award-winning brand’s largest and most impressive site to date. Known for its immersive experiences and bold menu, the new South Leeds location will offer seating for up to 250 guests and create between 50 and 60 new job opportunities for the local community.
The flagship site will feature Rassam’s signature selection of premium gelato, “Freakshakes,” waffles, crepes, and cookie dough, with a range of vegan and gluten-free options. A highlight of the new venue will be the introduction of interactive robot servers, designed to entertain families and add a futuristic twist to the dining experience.
The opening represents a major milestone for the brand as it brings its high-energy dessert concept to Leeds for the first time. The spacious open-plan layout has been designed to cater to everything from late-night treats to large birthday celebrations.
