The Deep in Hull has been officially named a Which? Recommended Provider after being placed as the UK’s top-rated aquarium in a major new consumer survey.
The independent consumer champion, Which?, surveyed more than 2,000 people to rate their experiences at nearly 50 different wildlife attractions across the country. The Deep emerged as one of just 10 select venues nationwide to be granted the prestigious Which? Recommended Provider (WRP) status, outperforming all other UK aquariums.
The ranking is based on customer feedback, value for money, pricing transparency, and a proven commitment to animal welfare and conservation. Visitors praised the Hull aquarium for its customer service, spacious exhibits, and distinctive architecture along the Humber estuary, awarding it a full five-star rating for attractiveness. The accolade follows the aquarium’s recent top ranking in TripAdvisor’s Travellers’ Choice Awards.
