Three more companies have signed leases at Copthall Bridge, Harrogate’s newest serviced office development, highlighting continued demand for high-quality, flexible workspaces in the town.
The latest arrivals are sustainability consultancy Flotilla, IT hardware supplier ITinstock, and national accountancy and advisory firm TC Group. All three will be based at the newly redeveloped site on Station Parade, just a short walk from Harrogate’s bus and rail stations.
Copthall Bridge opened earlier this year after a £10.5 million redevelopment by workspace provider WorkWell. The building had stood empty for more than six years before being transformed into a modern office hub aimed at supporting growing businesses.
Offering private offices for teams of one to 40 people, as well as shared working areas, meeting rooms, wellness spaces and soundproof booths, the building is designed to meet the needs of today’s hybrid and flexible work models. More than a third of the space was let within the first two weeks of opening.

The building is now home to a growing community of businesses, including Mobile Tornado, Primeast, Chronos Hub, Grateful and Evelyn Partners. Once fully let, Copthall Bridge is expected to support around 360 jobs in the town centre.
