York-based personal line insurance provider, The Insurance Emporium, has been awarded ‘Insurer of the Year’ at this year’s Yorkshire Financial Awards. The awards ceremony, which was held in Leeds on the 4th of May, marked the second year in a row that the insurer had won the coveted award.
CEO of The Insurance Emporium, Francis Martin commented: “We’re honoured to have been awarded insurer of the year for a second year in a row at the Yorkshire Financial Awards.
Leeds is recognised for being the largest legal and financial region outside of London meaning this award is made all the sweeter as we’re competing with some of the UK’s biggest names. It makes us really proud of what we have achieved in our home county.”
The Yorkshire Financial Awards win is just one of many award wins for The Insurance Emporium over the last year. Most recently it was awarded Pet Insurance Provider of the Year at the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards in January 2023 – voted for by its customers.
It was also awarded an astounding thirteen 5 Star Defaqto ratings across its cat, dog, and equine insurance products. In addition, it accumulated thirty-two 5-star Moneyfacts awards on its cat and dog insurance.
