A Delicious Start to 2025: Trinity Kitchen Launches New Street Food Line-Up

Trinity Kitchen in Leeds is serving up a feast of flavours with its latest line-up of street food vendors. From Monday, 20th January, food lovers can explore an array of dishes from some of the most exciting names in the street food scene, all delivered from the venue’s iconic converted vehicles and quirky spaces.

Joining the line-up for the next nine weeks are Big Mouth Gyoza, Sri Non Thai, 7 Star Flag, Little Red Food Truck, and Yorkshire Cheese Grill. With a mix of global cuisines and comforting classics, there’s something to tempt every taste bud.

For the first time in Leeds, 7 Star Flag is introducing authentic Venezuelan arepas — golden, naturally gluten-free cornmeal patties stuffed with a variety of mouthwatering fillings. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, these treats are sure to make an impression.

Big Mouth Gyoza is taking over the shipping container with Asian-inspired delights, including handmade gyozas, loaded fries, and flavour-packed rice boxes that bring a bold twist to your mealtime.

Cheese lovers, rejoice! Yorkshire Cheese Grill is delivering gooey, melt-in-your-mouth grilled cheese sandwiches using only the finest Yorkshire cheese. It’s comfort food at its absolute best.

If Thai street food is your go-to, Sri Non Thai won’t disappoint. Think crispy golden spring rolls, tender chicken bites, and a variety of vibrant, flavourful dishes that transport you straight to the bustling streets of Bangkok.

Making a triumphant return, fan favourite Little Red Food Truck is dishing out their famous handmade smash burgers and crispy fried chicken. Paired with golden fries and refreshing cocktails, it’s a meal made to satisfy. They’ve also got gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan options to ensure everyone can enjoy.

Trinity Kitchen’s permanent eateries — including Archie’s, Pho, Rola Wala, Tortilla, Pizzaluxe, and ThatZiki — round off a food lover’s paradise with even more to explore.

Theo Jefferson-Brown, F&B Retail Manager, said: “We’re thrilled to kick off 2025 with a dynamic line-up of street food vendors at Trinity Kitchen. Whether you’re revisiting an old favourite or exploring exciting new flavours, there’s a delicious treat for everyone. It’s the perfect pit stop to beat the January blues and get your year off to a good start.”

With cheesy indulgence, Asian-inspired creations, and authentic global flavours, this line-up is set to brighten your January and satisfy every craving.
