Chapel Allerton is set to welcome an exciting new food and drink destination this spring as Brew York teams up with YUZU Street Food to launch Brew+Bao. This innovative concept will combine craft beer with bold Asian fusion flavours, offering an experience unlike any other in Leeds.
Known for its creative and high-energy street food, YUZU has been a hit with Brew York customers across its York venues since 2019. Now, the duo is bringing their dynamic collaboration to Leeds under Brew York’s newly launched ‘Brew+’ brand.
Brew+Bao will offer an impressive selection of over 16 fresh craft beers, featuring a mix of permanent and rotating selections alongside Brew York favourites. Complementing the beer lineup is a menu curated by the YUZU team, with an extensive range of bao buns, loaded fries, and exclusive sides available only at the Chapel Allerton venue.
Located in the former Black Sheep Brewery unit on Stainbeck Road, the 1,700 sq ft venue has been designed as a vibrant social space, with seating for 100 inside and an outdoor heated terrace accommodating 80 more—perfect for al fresco dining and drinking all year round.
