A brand-new food and drink experience is coming to Leeds this spring, with Brew+Bao set to open its doors in Chapel Allerton on Friday, 18th April at 12 pm. Located on Stainbeck Lane, this exciting new venue promises to offer a unique blend of Asian fusion dishes paired with an extensive selection of craft and premium beers, making it the perfect addition to the city’s thriving food scene.
The menu at Brew+Bao is sure to be a hit with food lovers, featuring a mouth-watering mix of vibrant and flavour-packed dishes. From fluffy bao buns and crispy noodle fries to loaded fries and salt and pepper hash browns, the selection is designed to tempt the taste buds with bold flavours and satisfying textures. There will also be a variety of sides to complement the main offerings.

In addition to its exciting food menu, Brew+Bao’s bar will offer over 16 rotating independent craft and premium beers, as well as a carefully curated selection of wine, spirits, and cocktails. Whether you’re a beer connoisseur or a cocktail enthusiast, there will be something to suit every taste.
Designed with a modern, urban aesthetic, the venue can accommodate 100 guests indoors, while the outdoor heated terrace, seating 80, provides a relaxed spot for al fresco dining and drinking, no matter the weather.

General manager James Rawnsley said, “We are very excited to reveal the opening date for our first venue under the new Brew+ brand, we’ve had some great feedback from the local community already and we can’t wait to show everyone what Brew+Bao is all about. The fit-out is almost complete and we are delighted with how the new venue looks. It’s the perfect setting for what we believe is a unique beer and food experience, and we can’t wait to welcome our Leeds customers.”
Brew+Bao will be open seven days a week, with hours running Monday to Thursday from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm, Friday and Saturday from 11:00 am to 12:30 am, and Sunday from 12:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
