Côte Brasserie has just unveiled the biggest menu transformation in its history, bringing back much-loved guest favourites alongside a host of exciting brand-new dishes.
Launching today, the extensive refresh celebrates everything guests love about the restaurant, from affordable weekday lunches and leisurely breakfasts to indulgent weekend brunches and timeless classics. Designed by Gordon Ramsay’s former Executive Chef, Steve Allen, the new menu aims to offer something for everyone, focusing on quality, generous portions, and everyday dining.
Among the massive highlights is the long-awaited return of the iconic Prix Fixe set menu, which is back at a lower price than ever before. Available Monday to Friday from 11:30am, guests can tuck into two courses for £19.95 or three courses for £23.95, featuring a mix of returning classics like Crispy Whitebait and Poulet Grillé alongside new recipes.
The all-day menu also sees the comeback of major guest favourites, including the fan-favourite Duck Confit. Joining the lineup is a new Steak Haché Burger served with peppercorn sauce and free-flowing fries, and, for the first time ever, the restaurant’s own take on a British classic: Plaice Frites, served with crushed petit pois, tartare sauce, and signature endless fries.

Breakfast lovers are getting an upgrade too, with brasseries now opening from 8am Monday to Saturday and 9am on Sundays. New lighter breakfast options like homemade granola and pastries start from just £3.95, while breakfast baguettes and filled croissants are available from £7.
Weekends are set to become even more indulgent with a brand-new brunch menu available until 2:30pm on Saturdays and Sundays. The standout addition is the ‘Free-Flow French Toast,’ where guests can choose their toppings and enjoy completely unlimited refills, alongside an optional 90 minutes of free-flowing fizz.
For those looking for lighter everyday dining, a dedicated ‘Lighter Mains’ section has been introduced, keeping all dishes under 800 calories without skimping on flavour. Options include fresh salads, baguettes, and lighter pasta dishes like Crab & Prawn Linguine.
Speaking about the launch, Executive Chef Steve Allen said: “One of the best parts of my job is hearing what our guests think. And over the last few months, I’ve heard one thing rather clearly—guests missed some of our old favourites. When we introduced our last menu, we made some big changes. While many were well received, there were a few dishes that you weren’t quite ready to say au revoir to.
“We’ve brought back some of the dishes you’ve been asking for, alongside new recipes inspired by the regions, flavours, and traditions that make French food so special. I couldn’t be more excited to share it with you.”
The new menu is available across all locations starting today. Full details and booking information can be found at www.cote.co.uk.
