Just four months after its grand opening, Craig Rogan at The Collective is set to tantalise taste buds with its inaugural lunch menu, showcasing small plates bursting with flavour.
Chef Director Craig Rogan, renowned regionally and nationally for his innovative culinary prowess, has seamlessly transitioned from the success of the fine dining evening experience to crafting a lunchtime offering that promises to delight diners.
Nestled within The Collective Inc on Boar Lane, an innovative blend of restaurant, design, and retail space, the eatery invites diners to indulge in Craig’s contemporary twist on British classics in a relaxed and informal ambience.
Scheduled to debut on Wednesday, March 6th, the lunch service will be available Wednesday through Saturday from 12pm to 2:30pm, presenting guests with an array of small plates meticulously prepared with locally sourced ingredients.
The accolades garnered by Craig Rogan at The Collective speak volumes about its growing reputation. Listed in the Michelin Guide 2024 and shortlisted for multiple categories in the Yorkshire Evening Post Oliver Awards, the venue continues to evolve to meet the demands of its discerning clientele.
