Independent confectionery shop Roly’s Fudge Pantry York has unveiled its new seasonal autumn release, Tiramisu Fudge.
Crafted at its Shambles pantry, the new recipe pairs dark chocolate made with 100% cocoa alongside a white chocolate layer, cocoa dusting, and an infusion of dark rum and rich coffee. The flavour plays into 2026’s “newstalgia” trend, which sees classic desserts updated with artisan ingredients.
Every small batch takes more than two hours to prepare using Roly’s traditional West Country fudge-making process, yielding 100 individual portions per cook to achieve the brand’s signature crumbly texture.

“Autumn is all about rich, comforting flavours and Tiramisu was the ultimate inspiration,” said Greg Bresland, owner of Roly’s Fudge Pantry York. “By blending dark rum and coffee with our traditional recipe, we’ve created a delicious treat that feels nostalgic yet entirely fresh.”
The Tiramisu Fudge is available now at Roly’s Fudge Pantry York, with prices starting from £3.80 per 100g, as well as at selected Roly’s locations nationwide.
Founded in 1987, the family-run business operates over 40 pantries across the UK, preparing fudge daily in full view of customers using natural ingredients.
