Food lovers in Leeds have five brand-new street food vendors to explore as Trinity Kitchen launches its latest autumn trader changeover.
Taking up residency from Monday 28th September until Sunday 22nd November, the new lineup features a mix of returning favourites and fresh faces, serving up everything from fiery Mexican tacos and wagyu beef burgers to authentic poutine, bao buns, and Thai fried chicken.

Leading the new additions is El Piloto, bringing Mexican street food with halal meat tacos, quesadillas, and loaded fries. Joining them is award-winning Yorkshire-based American steakhouse Shoot the Bull, serving wagyu beef patty burgers alongside gluten-free and dairy-free menu options.

Street food fans can also tuck into bao buns and gyozas from Ka Bao, authentic family-recipe curries and fried chicken from Tikks Thai Kitchen, and classic Canadian poutine topped with gravy and cheese curds from returning favourite Spuds ‘n’ Bros.

To accompany the food, Northern Monk’s Trinity Tap is serving up craft beers, wines, coffees, and alcohol-free options, alongside warm pies and pizza slices.
“For Autumn we wanted to bring a mixture of warming dishes whilst also keeping things light and fresh with bao buns and tacos,” said Josie Towning, Food and Beverage Manager at Trinity Leeds. “As always, we pride ourselves on offering an exciting range of cuisines, bold flavours and a place where people can sit down and enjoy their favourite meals or even discover something new.”
The five pop-up vendors join Trinity Kitchen’s permanent lineup, which includes Archie’s, Rola Wala, Thatziki, and Jerk Junction.
