The Alchemist has unveiled a brand-new drinks menu across all its UK venues, leaning heavily into theatrical, shareable serves and high-concept mixology. The new lineup features a mix of “self-mixing” vessels, nostalgic flavour twists, and an expanded range of creative alcohol-free options.

The showpiece of the new menu is a selection of shareable cocktails designed for social impact:
- The Globe (£28): A date-night serve for two featuring Grey Goose vodka, dark berries, and floral notes of violette and rose.
- XO Café Matcha Board (£42): A tray of six layered shots for groups, blending XO Café Patrón and Patrón Silver with matcha cream.
- Infinity Vortex (£20): A sophisticated, “continuously mixing” cocktail showcasing Johnnie Walker Blue Label, red vermouth, and barrel-aged bitters.

For individual pours, the menu explores “electrifying” sensations and nostalgic reimagining. High Voltage (£20) uses Szechuan peppercorn-infused Courvoisier and an electric syringe for a tingling effect, while the Bubblegum Cola Libre (£13) offers a neon-layered twist on the classic, finished with crackle crystals and a sour lollipop. Other highlights include the J2Woah (£13), a carbonated take on the pub favourite orange and passionfruit drink, and the Peach Clari-Tea (£13), a smooth, dairy-clarified milk punch served in a colour-changing glass.

The Alchemist has also bolstered its non-alcoholic selection with a focus on modern textures and superfood ingredients. New options include a White Chocolate and Mint Frappe, an Iced Apricot and Turmeric Latte, and an Iced Matcha and Banana Latte.
The new menu is available now at all Alchemist locations, including Leeds and York.
