The Swine Bistro, located right on Otley Road opposite the Arndale Centre, has unveiled a Thursday night dining deal designed to bring together great food, good drinks, and relaxed evenings – all at exceptional value.
Every Thursday evening, guests can tuck into two courses and an expertly mixed cocktail for just £20.
Known for its warm atmosphere and ever-changing menus built around high-quality local produce, the bistro has earned a massive reputation across Leeds. Now, newly promoted Head Chef Angus Evans is using this new weekly offer to give diners a budget-friendly way to experience the restaurant’s signature cooking and creative flair.
The specially curated menu changes every single week to showcase fresh, seasonal ingredients inspired by the bistro’s modern British-meets-European style. The lineup features a standout starter, main, and dessert, allowing diners to simply choose whether they want a starter and main, or a main and pudding.
If you fancy making a proper night of it, you can easily add the third course for an additional £6, while the house cocktail is priced at a very friendly £5 all evening.
While the menu shifts each week to keep things fresh, diners can expect stunning seasonal starters, comforting handmade mains like rich pasta dishes, and indulgent desserts like their toasted meringue pies.
Speaking about the launch, Head Chef Angus Evans said: “We wanted to create something really special for our community. Something that feels fun, accessible, genuinely good value without compromising on quality and lets us show off our creativity when it comes to produce.
