World-Class Ocean and Land Concept Launches at Restaurant Bar & Grill

Restaurant Bar & Grill has announced a new concept dining experience with a new summer menu that takes diners on a culinary journey across Ocean and Land. The brand-new menu is centred around the finest steak and seafood from specially selected suppliers around the world.

Launching today (16th May), the new menu will be available across Restaurant Bar & Grill in Leeds and Liverpool, as well as Opera in Chester and Bank in Birmingham.

The iconic new menu will showcase a 300g Australian Wagyu steak, with the finest marbling, so guests can truly enjoy the best of the best. Set to impress on the menu is a bone-in prime rib weighing in at an incredible 800g and marinated for 24 hours in black garlic and treacle and served with a Wagyu bone marrow, for steak aficionados looking for a completely exclusive and indulging dish.

For those looking for unmissable flavours of the ocean, Restaurant Bar & Grill will also have an exclusive fresh fish menu available Friday to Sunday with produce so fresh that it will only be available while stock lasts. Guests can enjoy a seared Yellowfin Tuna, served with a pistachio crumb, or delectable grilled Swordfish in a lemon and oregano marinade as well as succulent grilled Wild Red Prawns in a red pepper, garlic, chilli and almond sauce.

For a tantalising treat, Restaurant Bar & Grill’s renowned Nikkei cuisine embodies a seamless blend of both Japanese and Peruvian culinary delights. Guests can enjoy a sharing raw plate that features the finest sashimi grade seafood such as all new Salmon Ceviche served in passionfruit tiger milk, and Spicy Yellowfin Tuna & Watermelon Ceviche in a citrus tiger milk alongside favourites such as Yellowfin Tuna Sashimi and Miso Salmon Carpaccio.

Guests will also be able to enjoy mouthwatering seasonal dishes from the land on the main menu – with locally-sourced Roasted Lamb Rump served with champ potatoes, minted seasonal greens and a red wine sauce. Another standout dish is the Crispy Duck served alongside stir-fried greens, chilli, coriander, honey & sesame dressing and lotus root crisps, and for vegetarians, the new Miso-Glazed Aubergine accompanied by shiitake mushrooms, ginger, chilli and sesame, sriracha sauce and sticky rice, is a treat.

With a variety of sharing platters and starters, as well as larger sharing steaks available, Restaurant Bar & Grill is the ultimate location for large gatherings. Each establishment is entirely unique and located in incredible city landmarks to showcase sexy food and drinks alongside the most impressive historical surroundings.

For special occasions, the standout Butcher’s Table experience is not one to be missed. Available for six or more people, the Butcher’s Table allows guests to indulge in an exclusive steak dining experience, hand-crafted by the Head Chef and showcasing the finest market ingredients and incredible cuts of meat. The experience can be elevated with an optional wine flight, hand-selected by expert sommeliers.

Ending on a sweet note, guests must leave room for the latest seasonal treats on the menu with the options of a delicious Strawberry Pavlova made with baked meringue, fresh strawberries, Chantilly cream and vanilla ice cream, as well as a stunning Mille Feuille which features light puff pastry layers filled with milk chocolate crémeux, raspberries and wild berry sorbet.

There’s also a brand-new offer which will be exclusively available to Club IR members only, saving guests up to 20% every single Thursday. The Steak & Malbec offer is an exclusive menu, including some of our best-selling dishes, available for just £35 per head on a Thursday night, offering members of Club IR the chance to try one of Restaurant Bar & Grill’s famed steaks.
