SuperNutrio, a new high-protein, high-calcium cow’s milk created in Yorkshire, has secured a listing with online supermarket Ocado. This milestone follows earlier launches in Tesco and Sainsbury’s, further expanding the reach of the innovative dairy product.
Produced at the family-owned St Helen’s Farm dairy in the Vale of York, SuperNutrio is made by filtering two litres of regular cow’s milk to concentrate protein and calcium into one nutrient-rich litre. The process uses no additives, preservatives, or artificial flavourings, resulting in milk with twice the protein and 80% more calcium than standard options.
Targeted at fitness enthusiasts, families, and older consumers seeking natural ways to increase protein and calcium intake, SuperNutrio aims to offer a healthier choice for everyday diets.
Bill Randles, Managing Director at SuperNutrio, said: “We’re delighted to be expanding our presence across the country, and our listing with Ocado is an exciting milestone for SuperNutrio. Our mission is simple – to help consumers boost their protein and calcium intake without any added nasties. We’re proud to be a part of Ocado’s portfolio and reach even more consumers who are looking for healthier alternatives!”
From 13th January, SuperNutrio will be available in whole and semi-skimmed 1-litre variants on the Ocado website, with an introductory price of £2.
