Yorkshire interior design and fit-out specialist Design Tonic has completed a major series of projects for Leeds United Football Club, transforming 30,000 sq ft of corporate, hospitality, and player space across Elland Road and the Thorp Arch training ground.
Delivered during the summer closed-season window, the works coincide with the start of the Premier League campaign and support ongoing master planning at Elland Road, including the upcoming redevelopment of the West Stand.
A central element of the project was the full design and build of a new 20,000 sq ft temporary hospitality marquee. Operating while West Stand plans progress, the structure houses four distinct suites accommodating up to 1,000 guests, delivering a high-end experience consistent with the club’s permanent hospitality spaces.

Additional works across Elland Road include the creation of a new Presidents Lounge – converting former back-of-house areas into a premium suite – a new Chairman’s Guest Lounge, and extensive refurbishments to the main reception and boardroom. Beyond the stadium, Design Tonic’s specialist division, DT Sports, overhauled facilities at Thorp Arch, installing a new Academy canteen and boot room alongside a refurbished players’ dining area.

“Design Tonic has become a trusted partner to Leeds United. They understand both the operational requirements of a football club and the importance of ensuring every environment feels unmistakably Leeds United,” said Mark Broadley, Head of IT and Facilities at Leeds United. “This has been a particularly important project for us, supporting the next stage of development at Elland Road while ensuring our hospitality guests continue to receive a high-quality experience.”
Amanda Cook, co-founder of Design Tonic, added: “Our relationship with Leeds United has developed over seven years, so we have a strong understanding of the club, its brand and the expectations of its guests, players and staff. Each of these new spaces have been designed to create a consistent sense of quality across the Leeds United estate.”
