Global beauty retailer Sephora has announced the official opening date of its first store in Yorkshire. The new location, set to open at Meadowhall in Sheffield on 11th July, marks another step in the brand’s expansion across the UK.
Spanning 3,389 square feet, the store follows recent openings in Manchester, Newcastle, Birmingham, and Bluewater, with the most recent launch at Liverpool ONE on 22nd May.
Sarah Boyd, Managing Director of Sephora UK, said: “Bringing our beauty playground to Sheffield is a huge part of our 2025 momentum. Every new store is a celebration of our commitment to making beauty more accessible, inclusive and inspiring for the unique communities we join.”
Meadowhall Centre Director Darren Pearce added: “With its unique in-store experience, popular product ranges and exclusive global brands, Sephora will be a must-visit for beauty fans across the region. It’s a fantastic addition to our premium beauty offering.”
Shoppers can expect a wide selection of well-known and exclusive brands, including Haus Labs by Lady Gaga, Makeup By Mario, Rare Beauty and the Sephora Collection. The store will also offer services such as personalised beauty consultations, gift wrap, and engraving.
To mark the opening, Sephora is planning a full day of celebrations with local DJs, goodie bags, live entertainment and games. Early guests will also have the chance to win prizes throughout the day.
The new store adds to Meadowhall’s growing list of major openings, including Bershka, Frasers and Oliver Bonas, reinforcing its position as one of the UK’s top retail destinations.
