West End star Lucie Jones is set to reprise her acclaimed role as Jenna when the hit musical comedy Waitress arrives at the Sheffield Lyceum Theatre this October.
She will be joined on stage by TV favourite Les Dennis as Joe and Evelyn Hoskins as Dawn in the uplifting show, which runs from Tuesday 13th to Saturday 17th October 2026.
The story follows Jenna, an expert pie-maker and waitress dreaming of happiness away from her complicated life. When a handsome new doctor arrives in town, her world becomes even more unexpected. With the support of her loyal workmates Becky and Dawn, Jenna learns that laughter, love, and true friendship can provide the ultimate recipe for a fresh start.
Brought to life by a ground-breaking, female-led creative team, the production features music and lyrics by Grammy Award-winner Sara Bareilles (Love Song, Brave), a book by screenwriter Jessie Nelson (I Am Sam), and direction by Tony Award-winner Diane Paulus (Pippin, Finding Neverland).
