Spanning 1,500 square feet, the Mamas & Papas concession at M&S represents a significant addition, marking one of only six such concessions across the country. This move underscores M&S’s commitment to enhancing its family-centric offerings as part of its ‘Brands at M&S’ strategy.
The innovative shop-in-shop format at M&S will allow customers the opportunity to interact with products firsthand, guided by dedicated Mamas & Papas experts who stand ready to offer tailored advice and recommendations to expectant parents and families.
Moreover, a range of in-store services will be available, including personalized ‘Buying for Baby’ appointments and expert car seat consultations, catering to the diverse needs of customers navigating the exciting journey of parenthood.
To mark the occasion, customers visiting the store from Friday, March 8th to Monday, March 11th will enjoy a special 10% discount on all Mamas & Papas products—a gesture aimed at celebrating this milestone partnership.
