The LEGO Group has confirmed that its brand-new, upsized store at Trinity Leeds will officially open its doors on Thursday 23rd April. The massive 456sq m space is a significant upgrade from its previous location, designed to be a “top retail destination” for fans across West Yorkshire.
The new store aims to be fully immersive, featuring specially designed, Yorkshire-inspired LEGO models that will be available for photos on launch day. As the only LEGO store in the region, the expansion reflects the brand’s huge popularity in Leeds over the last 15 years.

Shoppers can look forward to the return of the fan-favourite Pick a Brick Wall, which allows builders to find the exact individual pieces they need for custom creations. The store will also feature a Build a Minifigure Tower, where you can mix and match heads, torsos, and accessories to create unique characters.

Steven Foster, Centre Director at Trinity Leeds, said:
“The new LEGO store is bigger and better than ever before with some incredible interactive elements that will allow creativity and imaginations to flourish. As the only LEGO store in West Yorkshire, it has already proved incredibly popular here at Trinity Leeds, and this new store will bring even more of what LEGO fans love.”
The upsized store joins a wave of new openings at the centre this spring, including Jerk Junction, Lane7, and schuh. “Brick Specialists” will be on hand from opening day to offer expert building advice and help fans navigate the expanded range of sets.
