If you are looking for a day out that comes with a bit of friendly rivalry, Xscape Yorkshire in Castleford has just launched a brand-new summer challenge for families and groups of friends.
Titled Xscape Legends, the interactive challenge tasks visitors with completing five mini-activities across the centre’s popular attractions. Every time you finish a task, you pick up a special badge to clip onto a free event lanyard.
Anyone who manages to collect all five badges will earn a spot on the centre’s new digital Wall of Fame. Plus, there is an extra incentive for early birds – the first five people to complete the whole set will land themselves a £50 Xscape voucher to spend on future visits.

The activities are spread across five major spots inside the complex:
- Gravity
- Funstation
- Volcano Falls Adventure Golf
- Vue Cinema
- Tenpin
To get started, visitors just need to sign up for Xscape’s free PLUS+ loyalty scheme, where they can pick up a free lanyard to keep track of their badges.
