Leeds is about to welcome a fresh dining experience as Zoom, a new restaurant on the ground floor of Hyatt Place, opens next month in Sovereign Square. With a bold and contemporary approach to global cuisine, Zoom is set to become a go-to spot for business professionals, commuters, and food lovers alike.
Zoom’s menu will showcase a range of signature dishes, blending international influences with local favourites. Guests can enjoy Crispy Beef, a Superfood Poke Bowl, and even a Large Yorkshire Pudding, ensuring there is something for every palate. The restaurant will also feature ‘The Market’, a grab-and-go section offering meal deal-style lunches tailored for busy city workers. Freshly prepared salads, sandwiches, and seasonal specials will be available 24/7, complemented by coffee from Leeds-based roastery, North Star.
The restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with morning service running from 6:30 am to 9:00 am on weekdays and 7:00 am to 10:00 am on weekends. An all-day menu will be available Monday to Saturday from 11:30 am to 9:30 pm, while Sundays will feature a Sunday Roast menu from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm before transitioning to dinner until 9:30 pm.
Head Chef Angelina Au, who has spent 30 years in five-star hotels such as Shangri-La Hotels and Four Seasons Resorts, will lead the kitchen. Au said: “We wanted to create a dining space that caters not only to hotel guests but also to the wider community, particularly business professionals who seek an inspiring and comfortable setting for meetings and corporate dining.
