The Butchery
Their superb butchers counter houses some of Yorkshire’s finest meats, including their premium 28-day dry aged beef, handmade steak burgers and marinated skewers, perfect for impressing guests at a BBQ.
As Weetons aims to stock as much Yorkshire produce as possible, most of their meat selection has been locally sourced within 30 miles of the Food Hall, embracing true Yorkshire spirit.

We work extremely closely with our suppliers to ensure the finest quality, with most of our meat having been carefully sourced within 30 miles from Weetons.

The Food Hall
Packed with the premium Yorkshire products, their Food Hall has a tantalising selection of quintessentially British savoury treats such as the famous Weetons pork pie, crispy scotch eggs with perfect runny yolks, creamy Yorkshire cheese and a variety of delicious deli meats.
Alongside their own label produce, Weetons also stock renowned Yorkshire brands such as Yorkshire Pasta, Yorkshire Crisps and Yorkshire Vodka.
Perfect for all cheese and wine lovers, the Food Hall also stocks over 50 of the finest wines, including fragrant reds and fruity whites, which the team can expertly pair with any of the artisan cheeses at the deli.
The Restaurant
With dishes designed and prepared by Executive Chef, Lisa Mccourt, the Weetons Restaurant uses the same fresh produce which is available to purchase from across their Food Hall.
Their luxury Restaurant has an array of exceptional dishes including the Weetons Ultimate Burger, which is made up of Yorkshire Wagyu beef, layered generously with their award-winning rare roast beef and served in a toasted seeded brioche bun with Swiss melted cheese, lettuce and onion gravy.
Enough to make your mouth water, their recently refurbished Restaurant offers the finest breakfast, brunch, lunch and drinks, using only seasonal and local produce.
